Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter of the prize draw is Calor Gas Limited (the “Promoter”) 2. The prize draw is open to all recipients of the promotion who are UK residents aged 18 or over. 3. The prize draw is not open to employees of the Promoter or anyone connected with the organisation or with the promotion. 4. Entry is free without obligation, other than adherence to these rules. 5. The prize draw will take place on 01.03.08 at 3:00 pm. 6. Only one entry per person is permitted. 7. The winner’s details will be available on request. The winner will be notified by the 01.04.08 using the contact data provided on the entry form. 8. No cash alternative is available. 9. There is one prize of a consultant chef experience available between 01.04.08. to 30.09.08. The first entry drawn wins the consultant chef prize. 10. The Promoter reserves the right to alter the prize and offer a substitute of equal value if necessary. 11. The winner must be willing to participate in any promotional publicity. 12. The Promoter’s decision as to the operation of the draw will be final. No correspondence will be entered into. 13. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice, if in its opinion events or circumstances occur outside its control. 14. Entry into this prize draw is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions. 15.
